International Oil and Gas Energy ExhibitionOn January 21,the 2025 Iraq International Oil and Gas Energy Exhibition grandlyopened at the Basra International Exhibition Center in Iraq.At this exhibition,Kerui showcased its star products and comprehensive solutions for the oil andgas energy sector,including integrated natural gas processing and applicationfacilities,reciprocating compressor units,truckmounted pipeline gas recoverycompressor units,and the KRIDS intelligent drilling rig.These offerings arecharacterized by automation,low-carbon technology,and intelligence.

The integrated natural gas processing andapplication facilities,which are independently developed and manufactured byKerui, consist of two parts.The first part is the Flowstation facility,which isdesigned for the separation of crude oil and associated gas and is equippedwith key equipment such as manifolds and separators.The second part is thecentral processing facility,which is specifically designed to handle upstreamassociated gas,enabling the recovery of LPG and the liquefaction of naturalgas.The facility includes process units for natural gaspressurization,separation,and purification,as well as utility facilities suchas gasfired power stations.It can also provide modular solutions ranging from1 to 20 MMSCFD for wellhead gas and associated gas in oil fields,as well asskidmounted liquefaction solutions.Additionally,it can offer customizedservices based on customer requirements.

The truckmounted pipeline gas recovery compressorunit,independently developed and manufactured by Kerui,is mainly used inemergency repair and maintenance scenarios of longdistance natural gaspipelines.It has solved the problems of resource waste and environmentalpollution caused by the flaring of natural gas during traditional pipelinemaintenance.The equipment is highly modular and flexible,with a high degree ofintegration.It can be deployed for operation within 2 hours,and its onekeylinkage function significantly reduces labor intensity.The specialpurposevehicle structure is suitable for rapid operations at different stations.Theequipment has successfully completed China's first largediameter longdistancenatural gas pipeline venting recovery project for the National Pipeline Group,recoveringa total of 1.564 million standard cubic meters of natural gas and reducingemissions by 23,400 tons of CO₂ equivalent. The KRIDS intelligent drilling rig,independentlydeveloped and manufactured by Kerui, can achieve onebutton intelligentcontrol,significantly increasing the effective operating time of the drillingrig.By collecting,analyzing,and optimizing downhole data,the drilling rig canincrease drilling speed by 30%.The energy management system,petroleum drillingrig gasfired power generation system,and electrical energy storage technologycan save up to 20%of fuel onsite and reduce carbon emissions by the samepercentage.The ZMS 2.0 health management system,which is matched with theequipment,can ensure the safety management of personnel and equipment.Theaccompanying preventive maintenance system can provide early warnings ofequipment failures,effectively reducing non-productive time(NPT)during drillingoperations.
