The main trailer axle of the electric drive workover rig adopts a liftable design, which can quickly respond to and solve the problem of height changes of the transport module. The trailer module can be moved horizontally in a small range as a whole, which solves the problem of difficulty in aligning the wellhead in a small space at the cluster well operation site. The upright design replaces the mast structure, eliminates the derrick inclination and wind-loaded guy wires. This design offers operational advantages such as the crown block maintaining alignment with the wellhead without deviation, and a simplified lifting and lowering process. Additionally, it provides greater space for expansion functionality interfaces, such as the installation of top drives and automation devices. The asynchronous direct-drive motor is directly mounted on the input shaft of the mud pump, outputting the torque required by the mud pump. The intermediate transmission device is eliminated, reducing the weight by 15% and reducing the volume by 25%, while reducing the failure point and maintenance point of the transmission equipment.

This gas-driven compressor unit is the first time that KERUI’s gas-driven compressor unit products have entered this oil and gas block. The equipment uses a gas engine as its power source and adopts a three-stage compressor process. The Waukesha engine and ARIEL compressor are selected to ensure the high performance and reliability of the equipment. All equipment, valves and instruments on the skid are centrally controlled by a highly integrated UCP electrical cabinet.
