Recently, Kerui signed a strategiccooperation agreement with Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) to jointlypromote the localized R&D and manufacturing of high-end oil and gas energyequipment in the Middle East.

As a wholly stateowned globalenergy leader under the Abu Dhabi government, ADNOC operates across the entirevalue chain, including oil and gas exploration, development, refining, LNGproduction, and trade. Against the backdrop of accelerating green and digitaltransformation in the global oil and gas industry, ADNOC has highly recognizedKerui's advanced integrated solutions in highend equipment manufacturing andtechnological innovation, leading to this strategic partnership to jointlybuild a localized industrial ecosystem in the Middle East.

According to the agreement, thetwo parties will adhere to the principles of “ecosystem coconstruction,technology sharing, and market expansion” and focus on three key areas ofstrategic collaboration:

1. Relying onADNOC's localized resource advantages and Kerui's global highend manufacturingsystem, the two sides will jointly establish an oil and gas equipmentindustrial hub covering the Middle East, enhancing the resilience of theregional energy supply chain.

2. Through thedeep integration of lowcarbon technologies and intelligent equipment, theparties will accelerate the localized implementation of ADNOC's global low-carbondevelopment goals.

3. Leveragingthe UAE's strategic geographic position, both sides will explore new models forglobal energy solutions output, expand into highgrowth energy markets, andachieve sustainable and mutually beneficial development.
