Kerui's pipeline gas recovery compressor unit first entered the Middle East core pipeline network

2025-08-05

Recently, KERUI successfully won an order for vehiclemountedpipeline gas recovery compressor unit in the Middle East. This is an importantbreakthrough for KERUI to enter the overseas market after achieving the firstmature application of largediameter longdistance natural gas pipeline ventingand recovery in China. It indicates that KERUI's natural gas complete equipmenthas once again been recognized by the highend oil and gas energy equipmentmarket in the Middle East, demonstrating KERUI's comprehensive competitivenessin low-carbonization and intelligence.

The project partner is the local NationalNatural Gas Pipeline Company, the exclusive owner and operator of the localnatural gas pipeline network. The company operates over 4,000 kilometers ofnatural gas pipelines, covering major industrial areas and economic centers. Asa nationally strategic energy enterprise, it holds significant influence in theMiddle East energy sector. The customer's choice of this equipment has asignificant industry-leading impact within the region.

During natural gas pipeline operations, emergency or planned maintenance and repairs are unavoidable. To ensureoperational safety, the natural gas in the pipeline will normally be released, which not only causes environmental pollution and energy waste, but also bringseconomic losses. The value of the natural gas released during each trunk linemaintenance and repair ranges from hundreds of thousands to millions of yuan. KERUI's"second generation" vehiclemounted pipeline gas recovery compressorunit is developed to address the pain points of this industry. It is suitablefor pipeline gas rescue, maintenance, and networking scenarios, can realizepipeline gas recovery. It has the characteristics of high power density, highdegree of integration and automation, and low demand for external resources.

The equipment uses multistage compressionswitching to ensure maximum recovery speed and recovery rate. A single devicecan achieve 90% pipeline gas recovery and utilization; highpressurehoses/modular pipe fittings are quickly connected and can be put into operationwithin 2 hours; onebutton linkage can achieve automatic switching andrecovery; dynamic monitoring and early warning improve onsite operationsafety; engine fuel gas, starting gas, and instrument air utilize residual gasin the pipeline, effectively reducing operating costs.
