The Drilling Rig VFD & PLC classfocuses on variable frequency drives and automated control systems. The DrillerOperations class simulates realworld drilling conditions and emergencyresponse. The Drilling Rig Inspection class covers API CAT III & IVinspection standards and practical key points for derrick substructures. Thiscustomized instruction allows participants to learn and practice in simulatedrealworld scenarios, effectively increasing the conversion rate of complexknowledge by 65%.

The combination of experienced instructorsand scenariobased teaching is another highlight of this ENAFOR training.Led by a team of experienced instructorswith over 15 years of experience, the training incorporates operationalscenarios of currently delivered drilling rigs and is taught in the globallyaccepted English language. The course provides customized training coveringbasic theory, practical skills, and troubleshooting for each drilling rig.Through handson sessions such as simulated fault diagnosis and mechanical principleverification, participants seamlessly integrate theoretical knowledge withpractical application. With a 70% handson experience, this significantlyenhances participants' troubleshooting skills, truly achieving “learning andapplication.” During the training, participants were required to pass arigorous modular assessment, including theoretical tests, practicalevaluations, and comprehensive defenses, to meet the qualification standardsand provide strong support for ENAFOR’s subsequent independent operations andmaintenance. “The training from KERUI Group not only taught us how to operatethe engine but also helped us develop a systematic approach to operations andmaintenance,” said the ENAFOR team leader.

This VHP handson training features “authoritativeexperts + fullprocess walkthrough,” focusing on cuttingedge technologies andfieldspecific challenges. Lectures are delivered by leading experts fromWaukesha headquarters, fluently switching between Chinese and English to ensuresmooth classroom communication. Using a closedloop model of “explaindemonstratehandsonassessment, participants will learn principles, disassemble and assemble components, andperform data measurements alongside real equipment. They will then useoscilloscopes, diagnostic software, and other equipment to diagnose andtroubleshoot problems. From detailed explanations by experts, to collaborativegroup exercises, and then to rigorous and standardized assessments, the indepthexercises throughout the entire process enabled trainees to systematicallymaster the core principles of VHP engines and acquire skills in overhaul anddaily maintenance.
