KERUI independently developeda folding hydrauliclifting catwalk equipped with multiple builtin sensorsthat provide realtime equipment feedback and automatically identify drill pipelength. Its control system supports onetouch tripping operations, and thefoldable design allows adjustable lifting heights to fit different rigs,enabling multipurpose use. The system requires no additional rampinstallation, offering plugandplay convenience. It is also the first in theindustry to integrate an automatic pipe alignment system, enabling unmannedsinglepipe operations on the rig floor. This equipment has been successfullydeployed in oilfields such as Liaohe and Southwest China.

To address issues such as increasing liquidaccumulation and declining gas production during the midtlate stages of gaswell development, KERUI launched China’s first multifunctional natural gasgaslift operation truck. Using natural gas from the same or nearby wells asthe medium, it effectively removes bottomhole liquids, restores gas wellproductivity, and enhances recovery rates. The system automatically adjustsoperating parameters and functions based on realtime well conditions,achieving intelligent operation. Additionally, its sealed liquid separation andtransfer technology ensures zero wastewater discharge and zero groundpollution, meeting environmental standards while reducing operating costs.

During the exhibition, KERUI unveiled a newproduct representing the forefront of the industry — the Intelligent HighFlow,HighPurity, HighPressure Nitrogen Generation and Injection Unit for Oilfields.Asa leading manufacturer in the nitrogen generation and injection field, KERUIPetroleum & Gas now offers a complete portfolio covering membraneseparation, PSA nitrogen generation, and liquid nitrogen pumping systems. Thenew unit delivers up to 3,000 Nm³/h of nitrogen with a purity exceeding 99.5%and a maximum pressure of 70 MPa, meeting large-scale oilfield nitrogen demandswith a single system. Equipped with an intelligent unattended control system,it enables automatic monitoring, remote diagnostics, and optimized manpowerutilization — significantly reducing operation and maintenance pressure whileimproving efficiency.

The twinscrew multiphase transfer unit ondisplay is designed for aging wells, marginal fields, subsea production, andoil & gas transportation under harsh environments. It efficiently handlesvarious gasliquid mixtures and overcomes instability issues faced byconventional systems under high gastoliquid ratios, high temperature, highviscosity, and slug flow conditions. The system features intelligent monitoringand adaptive control that automatically adjusts operating parameters tomaintain stability, along with functions such as data collection, smartmanagement, remote monitoring, and fault diagnostics. This equipment has beensuccessfully deployed in multiple oilfields worldwide, achieving remarkableproduction gains.
