Kerui welcomes the golden autumn delivery season, with multiple sets of high-end oil and gas energy equipment setting off for oilfield operation sites in the Gulf and Central Asia regions. The equipment delivered in this batch includes coiled tubing equipment, 700-model twin-engine and twin-pump trucks, and low-temperature self-propelled truck-mounted drilling rigs, among others. The delivered skid-mounted 140,000-pound coiled tubing equipment, with its highly integrated and intelligent design, can meet the demands of most well depths. It features fully electronic pressure acquisition and monitoring, providing real-time visibility of key operational parameters and timely alerts for anomalies. The reel and injector head utilize electro-proportional control, with clamping and tensioning pressures automatically adjusting according to the tubing load, significantly improving control accuracy and response speed.

Regarding safety and reliability, this equipment is equipped with an ESS (Emergency Shutdown System) and a remote transmission module, supporting remote operation monitoring and data interaction to ensure safe and controllable operations. The full-length folding walkways on both sides greatly facilitate inspection and maintenance. The chassis structure has undergone rigorous theoretical validation and strength verification, with the vehicle’s load capacity exceeding 100 tons.

The 700-model twin-engine and twin-pump trucks delivered in the same batch were specifically developed for harsh working conditions such as high temperatures and sandy, windy environments, demonstrating excellent adaptability to complex environments and operational stability. This equipment is equipped with a Mercedes ACTROS high-performance off-road chassis and a load-bearing integral sub-frame, providing outstanding all-terrain capability. The core pumping system employs a packless design, effectively reducing potential leak points and significantly enhancing operational stability. The power end utilizes an elongated structure, greatly improving maintenance accessibility.

In terms of corrosion resistance and safety, the pump heads are made of high-quality forged alloy steel, further enhancing service life-span and reliability. The manifolds and tank interiors are treated with high-temperature lined anti-corrosion coating, making them suitable for various acid fluid media. Equipped with a hydrostatic test pressure device, it can efficiently test the sealing performance of high-pressure pipelines. The entire machine adopts an automated integrated control system, supporting real-time monitoring and precise adjustment of operational parameters, ensuring the efficiency and safety of fracturing and acidizing operations.

The low-temperature self-propelled truck-mounted drilling rig, independently developed by Kerui, is specially designed for low-temperature conditions. It is equipped with a steam heating system and an integral insulated canopy, ensuring continuous operational capability in harsh environments while significantly improving comfort for personnel working outdoors.

Building upon the traditional diesel drive system, the equipment innovatively incorporates an electric motor emergency drive function, creating a "primary + backup dual-drive" power solution. This design effectively mitigates the risk of operational interruption caused by the failure of a single drive system, providing dual assurance for drilling operations in extreme environments.
