Comprehensive Solution for the Entire Industry Chain of Oil and Gas Energy Equipment

KRIDS independently developed and manufactured by Kerui is equipped with more than ten types of automated equipment, including a power catwalk, the rig floor manipulator, the racking platform pipe-handling manipulator and an offline stand-building system. It enables one-click operation for offline stand building and one-click tripping operations. The rig is fitted with the independently developed ATS Intelligent Control System with full intellectual property rights; relying on its technical advantages, drilling speed can be increased by 30% to 70%. Through the video recognition intelligent perception system, we have shortened the stand-building time to less than 15 minutes and reduced 5 operators on site. The matched ZMS 2.0 Health Management System enables safety management of personnel and equipment, reducing the incidence of safety accidents by over 90%. Through energy management system and electric energy storage technology, the dual reductions in fuel consumption and carbon emissions can be achieved, with both fuel consumption reduction and gas emission reduction reaching 15%.

Kerui AC Variable Frequency Electric Workover Rig is adopted innovative technologies such as the world's first parametric power swivel control system and PLC closed-loop controlled hydraulic station with integrated opening and closing. All operations can be completed in the driller's cabin. The workover rig can be transported integrally and completed installation within 2 hours. Remote operation of the rig is achievable, and the equipped dual mechanical and electronic anti-collision protection enable to make on-site operations safer.

Kerui can R&D and manufacture conventional fracturing equipment with 1000HP to 3000HP, electric-driven fracturing equipment with 1000HP to 8000HP, full-series diesel-driven and electric-driven cementing equipment, 20K～200K coiled tubing unit, and various types of equipment such as water injection, polymer injection, oil transportation, metering, chemical addition, and ESP.

The electric-driven fracturing equipment set includes electric-driven fracturing equipment, electric-driven blender unit, electric-driven hydration unit, intelligent continuous sand conveying device and central control center, etc. It features high power density, small size, low cost, energy conservation and environmental protection. This unit can significantly reduce the development cost of unconventional oil and gas and improve the efficiency of oil and gas extraction.

The Off-shore Explosion-proof Skid-mounted Coiled Tubing Unit can be widely applied in various operation environment on offshore platform such as gas lift of coiled tubing unit and sand blasting etc., suitable for kinds of complex offshore conditions.

The CPF station for associated gas treatment and application is mainly used to process and utilize associated gas separated from the upstream, including LPG recovery and natural gas liquefaction. The station primarily covers process units such as natural gas compression, separation, purification, light hydrocarbon recovery, liquefaction and station control, as well as utility sections including gas-fired power plants, instrument air, and fire protection systems, which is applicable to working conditions such as wellhead gas, oilfield associated gas, coalbed methane, and shale gas.

The EPF station for crude oil processing and associated gas separation & utilization mainly consists of manifolds, separators, buffer tanks, screw compressors, as well as associated gas power generation, nitrogen instrument air and station control systems used in the station. For the above-mentioned stations, Kerui can provide customers with professional services including technical proposals, design, procurement, manufacturing and installation & commissioning guidance, and can also provide customized services according to customers’ needs.
