KERUI recently dispatched multiple sets ofselfdeveloped and manufactured equipment — including Natural Gas ReciprocatingCompressor units, Trailer & Skid Mounted Coiled Tubing units, and 350HPWorkover Rigs — to project sites in South America, Southeast Asia, and Europe. Thisbatch shipment underscores KERUI's strong R&D and delivery capabilities, enhances market share and brand reputation in these regions, and strengthensthe foundation for deeper collaboration with customers.
The delivered reciprocating compressor units weredeeply customized and upgraded to meet te specific conditions of the client'snatural gas pipeline network. They combine wide adaptability, ultralowemissions, high integration, and strong transmission capacity to fully meetcustomer needs.

Designed with a focus on longtermreliability over the full lifecycle and exceptionaladaptability to extreme operating conditions, the units deliver durableand stable performance. With their wide intake pressure range and highdisplacement output, they easily tackle industry challenges such as frequentchanges in gas source composition and complex wellsite conditions. Theirability to handle broad fluctuations in intake pressure and discharge rates farexceeds that of other products on the market.

In terms of green and lowcarbon features, theequipment is equipped with an advanced environmental treatment system, including a highefficiency VOC catalytic converter that significantly reducesvolatile organic compound emissions. An added crankcase ventilation filtereffectively controls oil and gas escape. For costreduction and efficiency gains, the unitsinnovatively adopt a modular skidmounteddesign. Thanks to highly integrated engineering, most debugging is completed atthe factory. Once onsite, they require only simpleconnections to begin operation, greatly simplifying installation andreducing both construction difficulty and costs.
The successfuldelivery of the Trailer & Skid Mounted Coiled Tubing units and 350HPWorkover Rigs marks their entry into new oil andgas operating blocks in Southeast Asia and Europe, respectively—earning renewedrecognition from the high-end international market.

The Trailer & Skid Mounted Coiled Tubing units innovatively adapts to both offshore andonshore working conditions. Onshore: It uses a “one main vehicle + oneauxiliary vehicle” configuration, enabling quick mobilization and efficientoperation. Offshore: It converts into a skidmounted modular setup that fitsperfectly within platform layouts and operational requirements.
The equipment operatesat a working pressure of 103.4 MPa, with a coiled tubing running depth of over4,500 meters. Designed for local challenges such as high temperature, highhumidity, and complex marine and geological conditions, it features: Specialmaterials resistant to corrosion and high temperatures. An upgraded hydraulicsystem with enhanced sealing. Reliable operation intemperatures from -20°C to 50°C. Fullcompliance with marine standards, certified by DNV2.7-1 & 2.7-3, and functionally validated by SGS, ensures safety andefficiency under extreme operating conditions.

The 350HP Workover Rig is built on an 8×8 specialized oilfield chassis capable of handling varied complex road conditions. Its two-section telescoping mast and height-adjustable platform improve operational flexibility. The mast can be folded and transported together with the main truck, enhancing mobility and setup speed. For high-salinity drilling and workover environments, key structural parts such as the mast and frame are treated with special anticorrosion coatings. The rig fully meets conventional workover requirements at depths of 2,500–4,000 meters.
