Recently, KERUI Oil & Gas and NETZSCH Pumps (Lanzhou) officiallysigned a strategic cooperation agreement to jointly cultivate the oil& gasequipment market and empower the high-quality development of the oil& gasindustry. Based on their long-term strategic development plans, and leveragingtheir respective core advantages in oil & gas equipment manufacturing,high-end pump technology research and development, and global market layout,the two parties will build a new pattern of comprehensive and collaborativecooperation, marking a significant milestone in integrating high-qualityresources and deepening industrial synergy.

According to the agreement, both parties will focus on core applicationscenarios in oil&gas industry, and conduct in-depth cooperation on completesets of core pump systems to fully meet the operational needs of the entireindustry chain, including oilfield development, oil and gas transportation, andoilfield environmental protection. In terms of market expansion, both partieswill jointly develop domestic and international oil&gas markets,collaboratively acquire high-quality project resources, and leverage theirrespective advantages in system integration, complete set production and coreequipment R&D, and technical services to ensure high-standard projectdelivery and high-quality project implementation. In terms of technologyR&D, both parties will adhere to the principles of "division of laborand cooperation, resource sharing, and common development," forming ajoint technical team to focus on joint R&D efforts on new oil & gasequipment products and processes, sharing R&D results and intellectualproperty rights, and continuously refining high-end fluid transportationsolutions adapted to complex oil &gas operating conditions to facilitatethe upgrading and technological innovation of oil & gas equipment products.
