KERUI Makes a Striking Appearance at Nigeria Oil & Gas Exhibition

Recently, the 25thNigerian NOG Energy Week Conference and International Oil & Gas Exhibition(NOG ENERGY WEEK) was grandly held at the Abuja International ConferenceCenter. For complex workingconditions such as swamps, mudflats, and shallow water channels in West Africa,KERUI developed and manufactured swamp drilling rigs. These rigs featureconvenient transportation and are equipped with an advanced central controlroom, enabling rapid positioning and balancing. The rigs come standard withself-developed power catwalks and intelligent drilling control systems,increasing drilling speed by 10%–15%. The rigs areequipped with high-torque top drives, 7,500 psi high-pressure mud pumps, and15,000 psi BOP, with a maximum drilling depth of 9,000 meters. Optionalautomated equipment includes KERUI' derrick robots, floor-hand robot for pipehandling, and offline pipe handling systems, enabling one-click offline pipehandling and one-click tripping operations. The design and manufacturing of therigs comply with international standards such as ABS, API, IEC, and HSE, withthe entire system rated as ABS Class.

The KERUI 2000HPintelligent drilling rig is equipped with over a dozen automated devices,including a power catwalk, drilling floor robot, and rig floor pipe handlingrobot. It enables oneclick offline connection and disassembly operations fordrill pipe handling. Fitted with KERUI's proprietary ATS intelligent controlsystem, it can increase drilling speed by 30% to 70%. The video recognitionsmart perception system reduces connection time to under 15 minutes and cutson-site operators by five. The matching ZMS2.0 health management system ensurespersonnel and equipment safety, reducing accident rates by over 90%. The rigalso features multi-well drilling capability, capable of meeting therequirements for clustered wells with a spacing of 6m for three wells.  

KERUI 's complete cementing equipment setincludes various forms such as truckmounted, trailer, and skidmounted types,with power ranges covering 500HP to 2500HP, precisely meeting the diversecementing requirements from shallow low-pressure wells to deep high-pressurewells. The instrument vehicle enables full-process data monitoring andautomated remote control of other equipment, improving operational efficiencyby 30% and safety rates by 50%.

The membrane separationnitrogen production and nitrogen pressurization compression integratedoperation equipment of KERUI can complete the entire process of nitrogenproduction and pressurization in one stop. The truck mounted membraneseparation nitrogen production equipment adopts the efficient PRISM membraneseparation nitrogen production process, with high separation efficiency andstable gas production quality. The equipment is equipped with Atlas aircompressor and self-developed patented screw oil heat exchange technology,which can effectively reduce operating costs and significantly improve theenvironmental adaptability of the equipment; The truck mounted nitrogencompressor can operate in conjunction with the nitrogen production unit, andcan increase the output of nitrogen to 35MPa, fully meeting the productionneeds of oil and gas fields such as gas injection and gas lift. The unit adoptsAriel reciprocating booster and is equipped with self-developed high-pressurecooler, which can ensure the smooth operation of the entire boosting system.
