Recently, after the evaluation of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Association, it was identified that China's first set of Intelligent Integrated Process Tubing Unit independently developed and manufactured by Kerui has outstanding innovation points, advanced technical indicators, and the overall technology has reached the international advanced level. The Achievement Evaluation Committee is composed of professors from China University of Petroleum (East China), Shandong University and Shandong University of Technology.

Intelligent Integrated Process Tubing Unit is more economic, more efficient, and safer. The equipment can shorten the preparation time for construction and relocation by 70%, and greatly reduce the cost of vehicles relocation, on-site construction personnel and cranes. The whole operation process does not need the lifting assistance of the crane, which solves the safety problems such as operation under strong wind and under the crane. The equipment can be controlled through the handheld wireless remote control, and the wellhead is connected more quickly and safely. After review, this structure is the first among similar products at home and abroad.

So far, the equipment has been successfully applied in Shengli Oilfield of Sinopec. 19 Wells have been successfully constructed. 51 processes have been completed. The length of tubing tripped in and out is about 211,191 meters. The equipment has remarkable advantages in conventional complex Wells, multiple processes, especially cement plug drilling, sand flushing and shaft treatment in long well section.
