Recently, Xu Jiaoli, Chairman of Kerui Oil& Gas, and his delegation visited China Petroleum Engineering &Construction Corporation. (hereinafter referred to as "CPECC") andheld discussions with CPECC Deputy General Manager Liu Kai and other majorleaders on strengthening business cooperation and other related matters.

During the period, Kerui Oil & Gas gave adetailed introduction to the company's overall business and oil and gas field groundengineering related products and technical solutions including compressors,natural gas processing equipment and nitrogen generation equipment, and fullydemonstrated the cooperation cases of international highend oil and gas energycustomers such as TotalEnergies and ADNOC undertaken in recent years. Acomprehensive summary and review of the execution of CPECC projects undertakenin recent years was conducted.

During the meeting, the two sides also hadindepth exchanges and discussions on potential future cooperation projects andreached a number of consensuses.
