By collecting, analyzing, and optimizingdownhole data, the drilling rig can increase drilling speed by30%; Through energy management systems, gas power generation systems ofthe drilling rig and electric energy storage technology, fuel can be saved andcarbon emissions can be reduced by up to 20% on site; ZMS2.0 healthmanagement system matched with the equipment can achieve safety management ofpersonnel and equipment, and preventive maintenance system can achieveequipment failure warning, effectively reducing drilling NPT time.

During the operation of longdistance natural gaspipelines, it is inevitable to carry out emergency or planned maintenance andrepair work. To ensure safe maintenance operations, natural gas inpipelines will be vented, causing environmental pollution and energy waste, aswell as economic losses. The truckmounted pipelinenatural gas recovery compressor unit developed by KERUI is equipped withflexible modular and has a high degree of integration. High pressure hoses andmodular fittings are used on site for quick connection, implementingpositioning operations within 2 hours. The unit occupies small space and iseasy to move, suitable for fast operations at different stations.

The unit hassuccessfully completed the natural gas venting and recovery operation at ValveStation 9 # of West Pipeline Company's West Second Line, which is also thefirst largediameter natural gas longdistance pipeline venting and recoveryproject in China. Traditional coiltubing unit requires cranes, causing timeconsuming, high operation cost and lowoperation safety. The China’s first set of intelligent integrated process tubingunit independently developed and manufactured by KERUI adopts single truckloading, compact structure with high integration. The offroad chassis has goodpassability and moves flexibly; Effectively reducing preparation time by70%; Wireless remote control operation, six directional mobilization andangle adjustment, wellhead alignment is accurate and convenient; Highstrength superimposed mast has no need for crane assistance during operationwith safe operation and lower cost.

The unit successfully completed the pluggingoperation in Ming 416 Well of Zhongyuan Oilfield, consolidating the original"split type" equipment and achieving a "one trip" operationprocess. The operation task that originally requires more than 10 processessuch as trip in and out coiled tubing, cement squeeze and plug milling, whichshould take 10 days to complete, but now it only requires 3 processes and 6days to complete smoothly.
