The XJ550/750/1000 automatic workover rigsexhibited by Kerui are integrated drilling and workover units engineered fordiverse operating environments. All of them integrate the engine andtransmission components, drawworks, mast, and travelling system on a purpose-builtchassis, delivering high integration, stable and reliable performance, flexiblemobility, and a broad operating range. Their design, manufacture, andcommissioning fully comply with international and domestic standards includingAPI, ATEX, HSE, GB, and SY.

TheXJ550/750 workover rigs belong to the desert drilling and workover rig series.They adopt an all-wheel-drive off-road chassis fitted with E7-pattern desertengineering tires, delivering excellent road-passing performance and strongadaptability to road conditions. The engine is equipped with a heavy-dutydesert filter, and the hydraulic system features forced cooling, providing sun,wind-sand, and high-temperature resistance for full adaptability to desert andhigh-temperature environments. They offer real-time parameter acquisition,over-limit alarms, and data storage and traceback, raising the level ofautomation and reducing manual workload. The XJ1000 workover rig belongs to theconventional drilling-and-workover integrated series and is mounted on a heavy-dutyengineering truck chassis. It enables centralized, coordinated control ofmultiple actions—drawworkslowering, load monitoring, and mast operation—by the driller, makingoperation more centralized, safer, and more efficient.

The permanent-magnet intelligentdirect-drive top drive independently developed and manufactured by Kerui adoptsa low-position liquid-cooling solution and operates reliably in ambienttemperatures from -20°C to 55°C. Leveraging permanent-magnet direct-drivetechnology, the motor meets on-site explosion-proof requirements and hasobtained IEC certification, achieving a transmission efficiency of up to 96%,reducing energy consumption by 10%, and lowering operating noise to as low as60 dB. By eliminating the conventional gear reducer, it effectively addressesthe pain points of traditional drive systems—numerous failure points, heavymaintenance workload, and high energy loss. The equipment is supported by anautomated top drive control system and a self-developed intelligent O&Mplatform, integrating remote monitoring and VFD predictive maintenance modulesto collect real-time operating data, enabling online condition monitoring,fault prediction, and remote operation and maintenance, and reducing on-sitemanual attendance. The product complies with the latest API 8C specification,has passed multiple load and overload verifications, and offers strong impactresistance to ensure safe operation on harsh well sites. The complete unitfeatures a modular design with a foldable guide rail for convenient transportand on-site assembly, a wide torque-matching range, and low maintenance, makingit suitable for onshore deep and unconventional oil and gas drilling sites.

Kerui'shigh-power electric-drive integrated fracturing system, built around the 6,000HP fracturing plunger pump, has achieved another technical breakthrough and isbetter suited to high-pressure, high-displacement continuous operations. Thefracturing pump adopts a design philosophy of large connecting-rod force andlong stroke, increasing connecting-rod thrust by 12.6% over equivalent foreignfracturing pumps. Its distinctive segmented reinforced structure and dual-linelubrication system give the pump excellent rigidity and low vibration, enableprecise metering of lubricant at each lubrication point, and ensure reliabilityand stability under heavy load. The system is equipped with a fullyelectric-drive intelligent control system that enables intelligent pressure anddisplacement control during fracturing, equipment early warning, remoteoperation and maintenance, and fault diagnosis.

The intelligent electric-drive acidblending unit independently developed and manufactured by Kerui enablescontinuous acid mixing and delivers the acid fluid directly to the pumpingequipment, effectively resolving the problems of low efficiency in pre-mixing,discontinuous fluid supply, and downtime waiting for materials in conventionaloperations. The internal walls of the unit's manifold and tanks are treatedwith an ETFE acid-resistant coating capable of withstanding 32% hydrochloricacid, making it broadly compatible with various acid media and effectivelypreventing equipment thinning and perforation leakage caused by acid corrosion.The system uses PID control to automatically regulate liquid level anddisplacement with high precision, stably maintaining acid ratio and operatingdisplacement, effectively eliminating ratio fluctuations from manual mixing andreducing manual supervision. An acid mist treatment system effectively preventsdirect emission of acid mist into the atmosphere, meeting green and safeconstruction requirements. The unit adopts integrated skid-mounted assembly foreasy relocation and rapid deployment, adapting to acid fracturing sites acrossvarious oil and gas fields and providing customers with an efficient,economical, safe, and environmentally friendly continuous acid mixing solution.

Kerui's intelligent inspection robot seriesfor oil and gas fields can replace manual routine inspection operations,effectively reducing the safety risks and labor intensity for personnel inflammable, explosive, and high-noise field environments. The robots areequipped with high-definition visible-light cameras, infrared thermal imaging,gas sensors, and sound acquisition modules to collect and intelligently analyzeon-site environmental data in real time, enabling automatic equipment defectdiagnosis, intelligent O&M of environmental facilities, production safetyprotection, and hazard identification. A high-precision suspension systemsignificantly improves driving stability and avoids high-frequency vibration inharsh environments. The robots are suited to production wells, centralprocessing stations, metering stations, and other scenarios, supporting thedigital transformation of oilfield production, improving inspection efficiencyand data accuracy, and strengthening the safety production line through digitaland intelligent means—promoting green, safe, and efficient operations acrossthe oil and gas industry.

At the concurrent "Joint GlobalExpansion" & Targeted Procurement Matchmaking Conference for Oil &Gas Energy Equipment and Technologies, during Kerui’s presentation on overseasmarkets and overseas warehouses, drawing on its years of practical overseasexperience, the company shared market insights and project practices forcountries including Colombia and Libya.
