Green and Low-Carbon, Intelligent and Efficient | Kerui Shines at the NAPEC

From October 5 to 7, the North AfricaPetroleum Exhibition & Conference (NAPEC) was held at the Oran ConventionCenter in Algeria. As the largest and most influential international energyexhibition in North Africa and the Mediterranean region, NAPEC attractednumerous renowned global energy companies, equipment manufacturers, and serviceproviders in the energy sector.

Asa representative of China's oil and gas energy equipment manufacturingindustry, Kerui made a splendid appearance at the exhibition with a range ofhigh-end oil and gas equipment and integrated solutions covering the entireindustrial chain, showcasing its outstanding technical strength and innovativeachievements to the global audience.

Asone of Kerui's key business segments, the company consistently drivesinnovation in the field of drilling and workover equipment. To address thechallenging operating conditions in North Africa, Kerui developed andmanufactured a rapid-relocation desert drilling rig. Regarding integration, theequipment features a modular trailer design that allows for quick coupling withthe towing vehicle via hydraulic controls, making on-site relocation, assembly,and disassembly significantly more convenient and efficient. In terms ofdigitalization and intelligence, the hoisting hydraulic station utilizes adiesel-electric dual-drive system supporting both manual and automatic controlmodes; this ensures safe and reliable rig hoisting while enhancing operationalefficiency and safety, as well as reducing energy consumption. Currently, thisdrilling rig is in use across multiple oil and gas fields in Africa, earning widespreadacclaim from customers.

Kerui’s single-trailer coiledtubing unit features a highly integrated design, ensuring flexible andconvenient transport to and from job sites. It is equipped with a proprietaryKerui injector head capable of a maximum pulling force of 160,000 lbs, meetingthe operational demands of ultra-deep and extreme-depth wells. Duringoperations, the coiled tubing and lines do not need to be disconnected from theinjector head, significantly reducing setup time and enhancing operationalefficiency. Regarding maintenance and accessibility, walkway platforms areinstalled on both sides of the trailer to facilitate on-site operations andequipment servicing. In terms of digitalization, the unit employs electronicpressure monitoring, allowing for real-time access to key operationalparameters and timely alerts for anomalies; optional remote transmissionmodules enable remote monitoring of equipment status as well as the remote transmissionand storage of operational data. Safety is prioritized through an ESS emergencyshutdown system and an integrated early-warning and overpressure managementsystem—featuring low-pressure alarms and overpressure unloadingcapabilities—which further enhances operational safety.

Asone of Ariel’s authorized packagers in China, Kerui independently designs andpackages reciprocating compressor units capable of 8,000 hours of continuousannual operation and a service life exceeding 25 years.
