Kerui Showcases Integrated Oil & Gas Solutions Across the Value Chain at ADIPEC 2026

On November 2, theAbu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition & Conference (ADIPEC 2026) washeld at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, once again drawing theattention of the global oil & gas industry. As a representative of China'shigh-end intelligent oil & gas equipment sector, Kerui presented itselfunder the theme “IntegratedSolutions Across the Value Chain to Safeguard Energy Security,” showcasing its Integrated Solutions Acrossthe Value Chain in full force and attracting numerous international customersand industry experts for exchange.

In traditional oil& gas project procurement, a segmented purchasing and multi-partycoordination model is often adopted, which results in high coordination costsand risks and makes interface responsibilities difficult to define. To addressthis industry pain point, Kerui brought its Integrated Solutions Across the Value Chain to the exhibition,highlighting the company's complete chain capability of “equipment + services +operation & maintenance.” “Across the Value Chain integration” means more than a complete product portfolio —it weaves equipment, technology and services into one complete chain: withintegrated equipment covering the full spectrum of drilling, stimulation,natural gas processing and compression equipment as the hardware foundation;with front-end R&D and intelligent manufacturing as the technical support;and with integrated aftermarket services such as operation and maintenance,spare parts, and upgrades and retrofits as long-term assurance. This helpscustomers shorten project cycles and reduce operation and maintenanceuncertainty, delivering stable support across the full life cycle — from asingle well to an entire station, and from delivery to operation andmaintenance.

In the drilling segment of equipment integration, KRIDSIntelligent Rig in terms of digital intelligence, the rig is equipped with morethan ten types of automated equipment, including a power catwalk, the rig floormanipulator, the racking platform pipe-handling manipulator and an offlinestand-building system. It enables one-click operation for offline stand buildingand one-click tripping operations, making on-site operations more intelligent,safe, and efficient. The rig is fitted with the independently developed ATSIntelligent Control System with full intellectual property rights; relying onits technical advantages, drilling speed can be increased by 30% to 70%. Interms of cost reduction, efficiency improvement and safety management, throughthe video recognition intelligent perception system, we have shortened thestand-building time to less than 15 minutes and reduced 5 operators on site.The matched ZMS 2.0 Health Management System enables safety management ofpersonnel and equipment, reducing the incidence of safety accidents by over90%. In terms of green and low-carbon development, the energy management systemand electric energy storage technology achieve dual reductions in fuelconsumption and carbon emissions, with both fuel consumption reduction and gasemission reduction reaching 15%.

Around integrateddrilling and workover equipment, Kerui delivers the R&D and manufacturingof special rigs including conventional onshore skid-mounted drilling rigs, afull range of truck-mounted drilling and workover rigs, arctic drilling rigs, fast-movingdrilling rigs and cluster well drilling rigs, as well as the KRIDS IntelligentDrilling Rig, together with various supporting products and shared operationand maintenance services.

In the reservoirstimulation and production enhancement segment, the coiled tubing units showcased on site are acclaimedas the “all-purpose operation equipment” in oil and gas production, and arewidely applied to such operations as acidizing, fracturing, well flushing,fishing, cementing, well logging and underbalanced drilling. The productsembody the philosophy of highly integrated intelligence, low cost with highreturns, safety and reliability, and environmental protection and energyconservation. The complete unit features fully electronic pressure acquisition,real-time monitoring of key parameters and anomaly early warning. Equipped withan optional IoT remote-transmission module, it supports real-time datamonitoring and dynamic geolocation information, enabling automatic adjustment,automatic shutdown, and push notifications for anomalies and maintenanceinformation. The standard ESS  emergency shutdown system provides alarm and automaticbraking in response to high temperature, low pressure and instantaneousfluctuations in coiled tubing weight.

Kerui delivers theR&D and manufacturing of conventional fracturing equipment from 1,000 to3,000 hp, electric-driven fracturing equipment from 1,000 to 8,000 hp, a fullrange of diesel-driven and electric-driven cementing equipment, coiled tubingequipmentwith injector pulling capacities rangingfrom 20,000 to 200,000 lb, aswell as various types of water injection, polymer injection, oil transfer,metering, chemical injection and ESP equipment.

In the natural gas processing and surface engineeringsegment, the modular LNG natural gas processing station issuitable for oil-field associated gas, flare gas and pipeline gas, and can becustom-designed specifically for sour associated gas in the Middle East anddesert high-temperature, dusty operating conditions. Such stations can performfeed gas separation, boosting, deacidification, deep dehydration, mercuryremoval and cryogenic liquefaction, and can optionally add an LPG recovery unitbased on the feed gas composition to increase overall returns. The entire plantis selected and constructed in accordance with ASME pressure vessel standardsand the NACE MR0175 sour-service international standard, providing a mature andreliable natural gas purification and cryogenic liquefaction process for thedevelopment of associated gas from Middle East gas fields, ensuring long-termstable operation of the facility and contributing to the high-qualitydevelopment of the regional natural gas clean-energy industry.

In the natural gascompression and processing equipment segment, as one of Ariel's largest packagersin China, Kerui owns globally advanced production and manufacturing equipmentas well as refined production processes and a sound quality management system,and strictly implements mainstream international standards. Its equipmentcovers compressor units and compressor functional equipment, gas separationequipment, natural gas treatment and application equipment, distributed energygeneration equipment and non-standard pressure vessels, meeting the technicalstandards of different regions and countries.
